THE GEN Z COLLECTIVE is a nonprofit project of Flapper House Inc.
Our mission is to connect and support Gen Z as we create an ongoing archival documentary film project
to capture the essence of this powerful generation’s step into adulthood and beyond.
Over the past years we have featured short films and interviews with Gen Z about activism,
the climate crisis, the importance of voting, and many other important issues.
We are now narrowing our focus to Gen Z performers, writers, poets, and artists across the board
to capture their passions, ideas, concerns and hopes for the future.
We are currently looking for passionate Gen Z performers, writers, and artists across the board. (Ages 9-24).
You’ll sit for an approx. 20 minute interview on one day and are encouraged to return during the weekend to perform a one minute clip that expresses your own unique creativity—you can sing, dance, talk, paint, etc. The footage will be archived in this ongoing project for a possible museum exhibit, docuseries or film, as well as for short films, Youtube, and social media. Contact us for more details.
